The ideal candidate is:
1-2 years of experience recruiting
Hands-on experience in identifying the right candidates through job sites linked in and other channels
Experience in hiring both in US and Indian markets
Familiar with US work authorization requirements and compliance with local state and federal regulation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in and enjoy the fast-paced environment
A detail-oriented Professional; open to learn
Independent Self-starter and needs minimum guidance
Responsibilities
Identify and coordinate with decision makers to shortlist select and onboard the right candidate for the position within the budget and timeline required for the position
Service open positions in both Indian and US market
