Job: DME Auditor & Trainer

Client: A US healthcare institution is looking for candidates with experience in DME as a Trainer and Auditor.

Objective: To help DME specialists cultivate their skills and knowledge of the processes and products. To provide complete training to share expertise in ways that motivate team members.

Location: Remote (permanent work from home)

Type of Work: Full time

Work Hours: Mon – Fri EST (US Time)
Job Roles and Responsibilities:

· Ensure work quality of team members by auditing their work

· Conduct training of new team members;

· Empower team members with knowledge to improve their confidence and skills in DME billing;

· Educate the team to ensure proper compliance with payors guidelines.

· Ensure that all submitted claims are accurate and contain all the necessary paperwork to reduce the number of rejections and follow-up on unpaid / denied claims and submit appeals where necessary;

· Ensure team maintains patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA;

· Coordinate patient care for follow-up as necessary;

· Assist and provide routine customer service to patients physicians physician assistants and other clinical staff following established policies and procedures;

· Provide feedback to and collaborate with the Client on challenges and opportunities to improve processes and systems;

· Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills;
• With 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Trainer/ DME Trainer/ Quality Auditor;
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a DME facility hospital healthcare facility clinic or physician’s office or any related experience;
• Experience in Brightree is a must;
• Knowledge and proficient on various payor portals;
• Possesses organizational and time-management skills and Decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹74000.00 – ₹107000.00 per month
