The role in a nutshell:
As a Client Service Onboarding Specialist you will collaborate with the Sales Solutions Consulting Operations and in-country partner teams to ensure employees are onboarded smoothly and compliantly. You may also act as project leader to ensure successful and timely implementation of large volume or complex onboards.
How you will make a difference:
You will provide a world class customer service to all new clients by attending client calls as needed during the onboarding period and providing local legislation and HR knowledge to clients for the location in which they are onboarding workers. Also by demonstrating in depth knowledge of GEO processes and by following-up and assisting clients who are unable to begin the onboarding process by introducing partners or offering solutions as able. You will make the difference by ensuring background checks are completed as requested and acting as a project leader to ensure successful and timely implementation of large volume or complex onboards.
What will give you an advantage:
To succeed in this role you will need a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client facing role.
It will be a good plus if you have HR administration/ coordination or implementation experience.
You must be a self-direct individual with initiative and very proficient in problem solving.
Also you need to be strong verbal and written fluency in English with strong geographical knowledge.
Last but not least you need to be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and be very attentive to details.
