Hiring – Talent Acquisition with a Sales & Marketing background
- Thorough understanding of IT Recruitment – preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques & XRay searching capabilities- can be trained
- Passionate to work on niche requirements in Domestic Market permanent hiring only.
- Maintains highest level of confidentiality and privacy
- Capable to manage few key corporate accounts and has sound customer management skills.
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
- Interested to work on quarterly targets.
- Cold-Call as necessary in order to establish connects & setup meetings with decision makers at organizations as and when required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preparing ad-hoc reports presentations as required
- Travel to meet customers on site if required
Requirements
- This is a Work from the Home assignment.
- The applicant should have good quality Laptop and a high-speed internet connection with phone connection.
- Base Salary( 8500 to 12000) + Competitive Commission structure of (5% and above)+ Gift Vouchers
Job type: Work from home (Full Time / Remote working)
- Timings: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Working days: Monday to Friday Saturdays (half day)
