Job Overview:

This profile requires a bilingual person who speaks both English and Spanish. One must be able to trace the patient’s information and schedule an appointment. Should be capable of toggling and managing different applications. Must follow the prerequisite scripts and norms for scheduling canceling or rescheduling the patient.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Recall the old patients by reading out a predefined script
• Toggle between different applications to verify the patient’s data
• Schedule the appointment
• Cancel and Reschedule the appointment
• Seek insurance information of the patient
• Verify and update all the contact details such as Mobile no. Phone no Email address and postal address of the patient
• Remind the patient of their upcoming appointment as per the defined frequency
• Contact and reschedule the patients who have been no-shows or have canceled their appointment
• Call back the missed and abandoned calls
