We are hiring for our HR Consulting Firm Windows Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

Job role: Recruiter – IT and Non IT roles

Job Location: Full time Work from home (9.30 am to 6 pm)

Key Requirements:

• More than 2 year of experience into end to end Recruitment Resume sourcing Resume screening Conducting interviews Job portals Job posting and Follow Ups.

• Excellent communication skill

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
• Should have handled both IT or Non IT roles
• Should have handled recruitment for big multinational companies
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.
• Source candidates by using databases job portals social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications for fitment
• Arranging interviews and follow up. Coordinating the entire interview process.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Immediate Joiners will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹18000.00 per month
