We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Front-End Designer to join our growing team!

Imagine Labs is an innovation incubator. Our mission is to bring ingenious new concepts to market to make life better for us all. We currently have 10+ inventions in varying phases of the market research and vetting process but recently we have been focusing on one invention Visioneer.
Visioneer is a revolutionary new way to get things done. It allows a well-resourced manager anywhere to seamlessly articulate your vision get feedback from experts on risks and solutions estimate costs and timelines and can even automatically hire the right team to execute your vision.
At our company, you will be working with the latest technology and have the chance to advance and grow your career.
As a Designer you will:
Create low-fidelity mock-ups of the User Interface describing what user interactions the tool we are building should have and their approximate layout and text.
Solicit feedback from the team and our customer advisory panel.
Create wireframes with higher fidelity than the mock-ups implementing the user interface in a way that is consistent with the brand image and is also intuitive to use and easy enough to implement.
Test out dramatically different designs using user feedback to learn what is and is not effective at increasing conversions
Use what you learn in the creation of new designs.
Hand-off your designs to our Front -End Developer who will convert your vision to working code.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Arts Design or Art.
A portfolio with 10-50 examples of websites they have personally designed from scratch.
A true artist with an innate vision for how different forms can create different feelings/moods.

Compensation:
$8 USD-$16 USD per hour total compensation:
50% is in cash
50% in equity in the company – This means you become an owner of the company and if the company makes a profit you get part of it.
For example, if 5 people are working on the project everyone puts in the same number of hours and is paid equally when the company makes its first $1M in profit and distributes it to the owners you would get $160000 (1/5th of 80% of the total). As the company continues to make a profit you continue to get paid even if you are no longer associated with the company (assuming your equity is fully vested). That means a decade from now you could still be getting checks in the mail as you reap the benefits of your hard work.
