Responsibilities and Roles :
Must be good in English to speak to the clients
Must have been tech-savvy
Monitoring and replying to incoming service emails from customers on the phone and setting up a service case for their request
Reviewing incoming email and portal service cases from customers and updating the cases with correct information
Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13000.00 – ₹15000.00 per month
