Role: Business Analyst (Warehouse Management Systems)
Location: Remote/offshore (India)
Responsibilities:
Gather & Analyze Requirements of – System Capabilities Users Roles Processes & Data and Document them in Customer accepted formats/ Templates. – Collaborate with various Customer stakeholders Team members and participate in designing optimum solution for the signed off requirements. – Build / Configure / Deploy solution as per the agreed design e.g. Customize using IMG configurations Setup Master data End-2-end process flows etc. – Test solution end-2-end ensure built/configured solution works according to design and fulfills all relevant requirements record defects track and investigate and resolve defects. – High energy self-motivated should able to accomplish project goals with minimal or no supervision.
Qualifications – – Bachelor’s degree or Foreign Equivalent required from an accredited institution.
– 5+ years of hands on experience in WMS implementation project for large Client – Strong WMS background preferably with 3PL – Solid Experience/Knowledge WMS Systems – Manhattan/ Softeon/ Bel Yonder. – Ability to provide solutions to complex business scenarios within WMS space. – Ability to transition and communicate from business to technical level and vice versa. – Work with Technical Team writing functional specs providing direction assisting on development and unit testing – Strong verbal and written and communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of business.
