Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring managers organizations and individuals to define and close necessary requirements for open roles

• Send recruiting emails/messages to passive candidates and follow up when necessary

• Browse resume databases and portfolio sites

• Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates

• Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data

• Keep in touch with past applicants

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Proficient with Social Media Platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn)

Education and Experience

BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field 1-3 years experience in the industry

Job Types: Full-time Fresher

Salary: ₹15000.00 – ₹30000.00 per month
