Job Overview: Goodera is looking for Interns to manage relationships with NGO partners for offering some of the best volunteering opportunities/ experiences on a Global level for our clientele. The goal is to ensure that Goodera has access to the best set of volunteering opportunities across various causes and types on a Pan-India level through NGO networks.
Responsibilities
Build new partnerships with NGO that provide relevant volunteering opportunities across India
Understand NGO scope of work and define volunteering opportunities
Liaise with NGO partners to source required opportunities and ensure catalog is updated with what NGO’s can offer as volunteering opportunities
Desired competencies
Prior experience in Social sector is added advantage
Should be good at communication skills
Demonstrate high ownership and exude high energy in all tasks
Should be able to handle pressure and deadlines in an unstructured work environment
Stipend
Based on performance there will be a variable pay
If targets are achieved there will be a Bonus component
Depending on your performance and organizations discretion there are chances for converting to full time employment
Expected to onboard 80-90 NGO’s by Dec-31-2022
