Research Associate is an entry-level position in our Financial Intelligence team. The role will entail researching and pulling out relevant information from various publicly available sources like industry journals company press releases annual reports various government regulatory filings and various databases like Factiva Nexis etc.
The primary responsibility of the researcher would be to:
– Collect summarize and synthesize business information related to the Private Equity and Venture Capital domain.
– The profiling work will include profiling funds writing management profiles creating and updating portfolios etc.
-The role also requires tracking and analyzing various PE/VC backed transactions like Merger Acquisitions Leverage Buyouts Management Buyout and Early and late stage funding rounds.
Required Skill Set-
-Should have a strong hold over domain knowledge related to Private Equity Debt Venture Capital Mergers and Acquisitions etc.
-Should have an excellent hold over English communication skills both written and verbal.
-Should be comfortable handling targets and delivering research tasks allocated within stringent TAT.

Salary-
During probation of 6 months-
12.2k take home + 750 internet allowance (graduate freshers) = 12.9k per month take home
13.7k take home + 750 internet allowance (post-graduate freshers) = 14.5k take home per month
After completion of the probation period, there is a hike of 3000/- in the salary
Performance Bonus starts after completion of 3 months
Working Days– 5 (Sat/Sun off)

Mode– HYBRID (2 days work from office 3 days work from home)
