Associate Backend Office – Non-Technical – Content Process

Qualification – Graduates / Pursuing Graduation- any stream or Diploma Holder (3 yrs.) after 12th
Working Days & Work Location – 5 & Gurgaon
Shifts – Rotational (24*7)
CTC to be offered- 20000/- Monthly CTC +Transportation + Meals + Shift Allowances + Medical Insurance Cover
Work Model – Work from the office (Gurgaon)
Roles & Responsibility:
Timely and effective execution of daily aligned work
Non-Voice and non-technical back-end job.
Identify and escalate priority issues and manage to work on large content.
Stay current with system information changes and updates
Reviewing processes that could be enhanced to improve the customer experience
Skills/Qualifications
Graduate in any stream
Ability to write basic emails
Strong logical reasoning
Team player with an exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude
Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in personal work tasks or work environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work structures processes requirements or cultures
Focuses and guides self and team members in accomplishing work objectives
