Jon Responsibilities
A competent professional with over 1- 6 years of rich experience in Recruiting in BFSI ( Capital market financial market banking investment sector )
Strong expertise in various Job portals
Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting Staffing Operations.
Ability to meet daily targets.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Ensure all screening hiring and selection are done as per employment laws and regulations
