Management Trainee – CRM Software (Technology)

HYBRID – WORK FROM HOME/OFFICE

In this role, you’ll get –

I. Cross-functional exposure across Sales Marketing HR & Product Support.

II. Lead initiatives for special projects that create value for our customers.

III. Have exposure to Software project management Sprints and New releases.

IV. Position the value of AUTOSherpa CRM software to new and existing customers.

V. Understand KPIs that drive business and publish intuitive business reports.

We’re looking for people who –

I. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

II. Are naturally curious and passionate about creating value for customers.

III. Are eager to learn and have the excellent logical and analytical aptitude.

IV. Are proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel Word and PowerPoint

To work from Home you must have –

I. Laptop / Desktop with at least i5-i7 processor and 8 GB RAM

II. Internet availability. Recommended 8-10 Mbps

III. Dedicated Phone / Mobile connection

CTC Detail

Up to 240000 Annually

Rs. 10000 Monthly stipends for the first 6 months (TDS deduction will apply)

Annual CTC of Rs. 240000 after the 6 months probation
