Roles and Responsibilities
- A competent professional with over 1- 6 years of rich experience in Recruitment for International / Domestic BPO OR BFSI- Banking-finance insurance and investment sectors
- Strong expertise in various Job portals
- Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
- Ability to meet daily targets.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Ensure all screening hiring and selection are done as per employment laws and regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Manage the overall interview selection and closing process
- Fluency in speaking English is mandatory as it is our clients’ requirement
- Should be an excellent team player
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal written listening and presentation).
- Strong Sourcing skills.
