Timings:- 9:30-6:30 PM
2nd and 4th sat off
Must have own Laptop/Desktop with Internet Connection
Job Description :
Must have experience in Voice process hiring.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Need to create and publish non-technical job ads on various portals.
Must have an excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools job sites such as Naukri Monster LinkedIn etc. networking sites and other sourcing methods.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Must have excellent communication skills in English.
