Who are we?

We are an industrial design/product design engineering consultancy company we are a small team of product design and mechanical engineers looking to add more experience to the team.

We are looking for someone who is highly experienced in developing business relations and someone that can bring new clients on board although this role is only for an initial 3 months the duration will be extended based on the success of the candidate.

Our mission is to make life easy for engineering and manufacturing companies by manager their industrial and product design requirements.

We design products ranging from sheet metal structures furniture to 3D printed plastic components primarily using SolidWorks and Driveworks for Automation the right candidate needs to have basic engineering knowledge and understanding for our industry.

The Role

This is a new opportunity and the role is designed to develop our companies growth strategy and outreach within the engineering industry.

You will identify and develop new business opportunities for the company with product manufactures and engineering companies who need an external design consultancy. This will be done via email phone video client visits and marketing etc.

You’ll use your skills to truly understand our customers’ needs and how our products will benefit them. You’ll pitch negotiate and most importantly close the deal!

You’ll be responsible for bringing additional revenue into the business as well as supporting the team to retain and delight our existing customers.

Partner / Alliance Relationship

  • Built collaborative relationships with Centelon’s network of strategic partners to identify new business opportunities and increase customer value

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of Experience in selling a service based business
  • Experience in remote selling in the UK
  • Successful track record of consistently hitting targets in a high-value transaction sales environment.
  • Individually closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent listening skills critical-thinker and problem solver with attention to detail
  • Excellent personal and interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of individuals including building strong partnerships with other departments
  • Willingness to do short domestic travels and day trips for client / prospect meeting
  • Understand high-level Demand Generation process and Outbound Lead Gen process
  • Must be an assertive team player with high energy to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience in using CRM tools.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Ability to communicate value proposition to potential Customers and partners
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creative and Innovative thinks outside the box to find new solutions to problems and challenges; Solution oriented

Salary: ₹6000.00 – ₹9000.00 per month
