• Create a plan and conduct onboarding plans.
• Assisting in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Organizing employee policies and procedures.
• Providing support to employees in various HR-related queries.
• Assist in the development and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Create and update job descriptions.
• Gather data and analyze the HR metrics and develop implementation planning.
• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page and social media job boards and source potential candidates from online channels
• Craft Recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Updating Employee database on our portal
• Gather information on attendance and leave data as and when required
• Co-ordinate with the Accounts team on the payroll processing details

• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Use theoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to the various day-to-day activities
• Participate in weekly review meetings with various teams.
• Work with reporting manager business heads and internal teams

Requirements

• Masters’ degree specializing in HR or any relevant field from a reputed Institute
• Good conceptual knowledge of the recruitment cycle
• Willingness to work with a team of experts and follow systems and process
• Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a Computer Smartphone and uninterrupted internet connection with noise cancellation headphones
• Must have to available from 1 pm to 6 pm every day in the Virtual Office
