About the Role:

Support overall applications that enhance the quality of academic engagement for faculty & students end-to-end. Support the functioning of the flawless operational delivery of the platform.

How you will make an impact:

• Support state-of-the-art Learning Management system. Train students Faculty and staff in LMS through organized workshops.
• Able to work in a 24X7 kind of environment.
• Meet TAT and ensure Service is up to the Mark.
• Having Vendor management experience to connect and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Tech teams and client stakeholders in a virtual environment to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as technical liaison and subject matter expert with internal client organizations and peer technology partners on LMS/ERP/CRM/Exam System.
• Provides immediate response to problems and emergency situations affecting normal operations.
• Performs capacity planning for data storage and performance.
• Reviews systems performance proactively.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s Degree BCA/BBA/ BE/ B.Tech/MCA
• 5+ Years of Experience to manage and supporting platforms.
• Must have knowledge of Online Learning platforms/systems.
• Must have knowledge of Help Desk System CR Management and Vendor coordination.
• Strong communication skills including prioritizing problem-solving and interpersonal relationship building.
• Proven time management cum organization skills (must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines).
• Highly proficient in understanding and using the latest platforms and applications regarding academic teaching and digital enablement.
• Ability gained over all necessary computer applications and tools.
• Ability to liaise with internal/external team.
• Knowledge of testing tools is an added advantage.
