TMI Corp. Is looking for a Night Shift Lead Generator to work from home during the night shift. This job requires calling North America during the hours of 8:30 PM-5:30 AM IST. Due to the large number of calls made strong English skills are a must. Preference will be given to experienced candidates with a good American accent. The salary starts at Rs. 31000 for the 1st month and goes to Rs. 41000 in the 3rd month.
Responsibilities:
· Outbound calling through the company’s database
· Surveying the economic development of offices throughout the city
· Entering and changing database information as needed
· Promoting a positive atmosphere with a cheerful demeanor on every call
Qualifications:
· Outbound calling Experience: Minimum 2 years(International BPO)
· Excellent English Speaking Ability(American accent preferred)
· Excellent Listening Comprehension
· Sales/Lead generation Experience preferred
· Internet Computer and Headset are not provided but a 1k/month bonus is given to candidates for use of their equipment
