Qualifications
Required skills and qualifications:
- Business or equivalent degree qualification in Engineering Sustainability or Quantitative fields
- 8+ years combined experience: Program Management Industrial Engineering Operations Management senior business or engineering roles
- At least 1 year collaborating across global operations technical engineering teams and senior leadership
- At least 1-year managing customer interactions
- At least 1 year working independently in a changing business org
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with manufacturing operations and resources and automation systems is valuable
- PMP is desirable as are data analytics certifications
- Expertise in common Office tools like Excel. Exposure to Power BI or SQL/database analytical tools would be a plus.
