Devansh Lab Werks is looking to hire a Director of Revenue cycle to build and oversee the billing department for a USA-based laboratory. This is a high-visibility opportunity to report directly to the CFO and interfacing with various departmental leaders!

Responsibilities
Ensure the integrity of service coding submittals of claims and billing processes
Leverage a commanding conceptual understanding of revenue cycle management to implement procedures across the RCM cycle that optimize the proficiency of the function
Navigate and delegate tasks involving any changes to SOPs and pertinent documentation
Spearhead process improvement efforts surrounding the billing and collections processes
Perform and explain trend analysis impacting any collections AR charges or coding
activities; carry out appropriate actions to ensure the realignment of fluctuations
Maintain any electronic health/medical software systems that the department relies upon
Communicate updates directly to the Executive Team and Board of Directors
Onboard train and supervise staff members of the team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
Experience working in a multi-entity healthcare environment that spans multiple states
Minimum of 8 years of applicable and progressive experience related to RCM
Strong communication and presentation skills
Must have experience working with USA-based clients and be knowledgeable about USA billing procedures credentialing and state licensing.
Location: Hyderabad India working in the CST time zone.
