Job Role:
Project Management of key technology related projects of the bank
Coordination with various department / Users like Product teams Compliance Risk Ops Team IT Vendors etc. to execute projects as per requirement
Gathering business requirements and preparations of RSD and scrutinizing FSD
Preparation of Test Cases User Acceptance Testing Product and Process release of the project / fix
Help business implement technology solution in a cost effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating the same clearly to stakeholders facilitators and partners
Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention
Thorough analyses for system issues faced and provide effective solutions
Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems
Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS and Reporting
Competition benchmarking within and outside industry
Job Requirements:
Should be able to run and execute projects independently with the team
Technology enthusiast and highly motivated individual
Should have worked in digital solutions team
Should be aware of agile methodology of project management
5-10 years total experience
Well versed with Office Automation tools like MS Excel MS Access etc.
Good presentation skills
Should be an effective Team Player and have a positive attitude
Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Prior banking channel(mobile/internet banking cards) and digital payment experience would be preferred
Experience in Video KYC/Customer onboarding process a must
Experience in JIRA Bugzilla would be preferred
Candidate must be from banking fintech or consulting domain
Should be flexible in terms of work timings/availability/location(wfh or office)
