About the role
Objective of the role:
Assists SMEs in Transitions MIS S&P and Operational Aid
Responsibilities
Assist in transitions (property handover from the project team to operations & maintenance team) for different commercial residential retail properties
Assist in site Operations and Maintenance activities
Assisting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in commissioning of equipment & systems like Electrical Panels Transformers Diesel Generators Fire Fighting Systems Ventilation Systems Chillers etc.
Assisting Subject Matter Experts in technical trainings and audits for Technical Systems
Assist in design audit and refurbishment of System & Processes for Property Management Services
Support in Snagging and De-snagging verification assignments for property assets
Assist in maintaining and renew of site related Building Statutory Compliances
Vendor Management and procurement processes support
Document support in Business Development
Support in Administrative Compliance Legal documentations etc.
Support in rollout and implementation of Preventive and Reactive Complaint Management Software IT tools etc.

Experience & Education
A bachelor’s degree in engineering with 4-6 yrs. experience
Complete Knowledge of Predictive/Preventive/Protective Maintenance Approaches for Building Systems
Effective trouble Shooting techniques
Improving Asset Value and Performance – Proactive Maintenance Scheduling
Ability to train assigns organize prioritize motivate supervise and evaluate the work of assigned employees and contractors.
Must have the capacity to “wear many hats”.
Additionally this role requires understanding of safety and environmental concerns as they relate to the equipment and the overall plant arena.
Good written and verbal communications
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced constantly changing environment
Procedure oriented ability to work in a flexible schedule including overtime and workday changes

Effective mix of strategic and tactical thought process
Excellent grasp of language as well as content generation marketing management and generation
