D) Cool Perks- Come and get to join us for in-house events team outings dinner catchups and much more About the Role: Analyst | Customer Relationship Management Customer Complaints- Handling customer complaints providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; following up to ensure resolution Responses- Maintaining a fast response time and great quality over all modes of customer communication (email chat calls WhatsApp YouTube & more) Resolving queries- Working cross functionally to ensure customer issues are being flagged and adequately addressed Prompt communication- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Planning & strategizing- Coming up with ideas and strategies to increase customer activation retention shopping & improving customer experience Must have skills: Minimum 1 Year experience as Customer Service. Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
