Skills Required
Language: Advanced writing (typing) and communication skills in English.
Technology: Solid working knowledge of external systems PC-based internet and software applications (Internet Microsoft Office – Outlook Word Excel) as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
Motivation: Ability to work independently while making sound business decisions on case information. A well-developed sense of urgency to follow through and focus on results.
Focus: A master of multi-tasking through various systems screens and tasks during customer interaction.
Habits: Time management and adherence to schedules.
Experience
Experience: 2-5 years of customer engagement experience
Education: Graduation or equivalent
Location & Schedule
The position is based in Bangalore India.
Day weekend and night shifts are available.
