· Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.

· Candidates must be having at least 06 months of recruitment experience with any Consultancy/Staffing Company.
· Candidates must have good Hiring experience for BPO Clients.
· Proficient in Using Naukri Shine Times Jobs and job boards.
· Good in Handling End-End-requirement.
· Job Profile will be permanent Work from Home.
· Own a Laptop & Internet connection is mandatory.
· Must know End to End recruitment cycle.
· Must have experience in the full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes interviewing technical queries & interviews closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
· Ability to work as a good team player interviewing hiring candidates Maintaining & building the candidate database.
· Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting Calling –Networking Sites Referrals and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
