This is an Individual Contributor role where you would be involved in improvising/creating forecasting models to accurately predict volume trends for long-term as well as short-term durations. You would be accountable for defining tracking and improving key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders.

I am creating multiple Forecasting Models considering business inputs as variables like customer behavior decay regression time series.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work with teams and other internal departments to drive and achieve common goals.
Hands-on experience in Report Builder Power View Excel Services.
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Good Interpersonal skills with a good problem-solving approach.
Good analytical skills for MIS number-crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
Demonstrated Customer Service Skills and the ability to build professional rapport with stakeholders.
Good Excel & PowerPoint skills.
What you’ll need:
Advanced excel WFM principles building forecasting models.
Forecasting methodology statistical & analytical competencies are a plus.
Hands-on experience with Forecasting/Scheduling/Capacity Planning.
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year in a contact center planning environment.
