Job Responsibilities: Lead People Tech Consultant

How will this role create impact and how is success measured?
As a Lead People Tech Consultant -you are accountable for independently leading People Tech bodies of work across
BAU/ in-flight and strategic initiatives to execute against the People Tech roadmap. The portfolio includes consulting
on and creating impact across many challenging yet exciting products/applications. Our HR Tech stack ranges from
SuccessFactors and other Best of breed solutions/in-house tools that cut across the hire-to-retire lifecycle with
opportunities to double down on much more game-changing HR initiatives as you personify the vision and march
towards the People Tech North Star! An incumbent is expected to bring to the table a blend of both HR Process
and Technology acumen with experience managing HR Tech projects and/or Products. We measure success by the
value and impact created through Best-in-class Digital People experiences that enable our workforce and
simplify Digital-HR Interaction touchpoints for our employee’s managers and CEOs thereby giving them quality time
back in their day.

What outcomes would you be accountable for

In-flight HR Tech initiatives

Consult with HR CEOs and Business Leaders on Tech related initiatives across the FTE FTC and blue collar
workforce landscape in collaboration with HR-IT and/or external vendors
Epitomize bias for action by driving Business as usual initiatives and delivering outcomes on time and within budget
while managing stakeholder expectations
Partner with different stakeholder groups while holding them accountable through supporting data and analytics
around impact measurement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on measurable value for the People Tech remit
Evaluate proactively key problem areas/gaps with a data-first mindset and resolve them through continuous improvement
Scope out technologies and drive innovation in the HR Tech space for new initiatives with a People first and an
integrated HR-Tech mindset
Be the People Tech ambassador for the function and represent internally and externally as needed
Data Management – Maintains integrity of the data/application and drives with HRBP in maintaining the data
accuracy both quality and quantity
Drive the awareness change and adoption of the HRIS system and the new enhancements from the lens of AAR –
