A seasoned and enthusiastic marketing maven who can lead the digital wing of GTM strategy and execution. This person will be the voice of MindPeers ensuring that we’re on point with our branding and visibility.
Responsibilities
Taking care of our social media handles (including Instagram Linkedin and Twitter) end to end
Curating a social media calendar and working closely with a graphic designer to execute posts and ideas
Writing and ideating persuasive B2C comms including app notifications and EDMs
Understanding product roadmap and working with the product team to create the right noise and impact before launches
Increasing MindPeers ASO ranking and user rating score
Understanding leading and maintaining consistency with our brand voice
Creatively innovating ways to increase our app downloads and new users
Leading all creative operations: be it product or social this person will be our go-to for all things digital
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
Background and experience of working in a creative agency are preferred but not mandatory
In-depth understanding of the digital landscape ongoing trends and effective GTM tools
Strong hold on content writing creative ideation and a data-driven approach to things
