The Head of Analytics mission is to help Atlanians derive real-time quantitative intel from our data. The role ensures that all internal functions have real-time visibility on health along with identifying growth levers and opportunities for optimization.
What will you do?
Help define the data & analytics function at Atlan including but not limited to implementing the modern data tech stack and related architecture.
Partner with the function heads across Product Sales Marketing Support and Strategy to understand the key business drivers
Lead complex deep-dive into business metrics to identify bottlenecks and growth triggers. Make recommendations to business leaders on the next course of action
Build and maintain metrics & dashboards that empower stakeholders to make real-time decisions backed by data
Strengthen the internal data architecture by working with data engineers to ensure comprehensive and reliable data is available for analysis
Optimize analytics processes to improve the effectiveness of reporting – make key data sets easily available reduce rework improve turn around time and quality of insights drawn
What makes you a match for us?
Prior experience building and managing a high-performance cross-functional data & analytics team.
Experience with the modern data stack and experience in working with complex data systems and data visualization tools.
Strong experience (and track record) in leveraging data and applying advanced analytics solutions to solve business problems
Experience in driving operational improvement across data analytics practices
