Designation – HR Recruitment Manager

Industry – Manpower Recruitment

Experience – 3 to 6 years

Salary – Fixed Salary (15k to 20k around for 1st month) + Bonus (Hired and manage the team and achieve the goal for Salary Increment)

Office Location – Badarpur New Delhi (It’s Work from Home Profile for few months)

Job Profile – Understand the client’s requirement and work accordingly.

Must have exp. in Job Posting Screening Searching Filter at multiple paid & free Job portals. Also good on Social media platform.

Screening and shortlisted right candidates by regular calling & mailing. Also using social media for better response.

Line up the shortlisted candidates and Follow up for the Interview process.

After getting selection follow up for the documentation and joining.

Regular coordination with selected candidates after joining also.

Also coordinate with clients and follow up as directed by Director.

Report daily activity to the Director

Candidate should be from Delhi/Noida/Faridabad/Gurgaon location only.

Managerial Skill Required –

Must be team player and able to build team and handle them

Good listener learner and creative mind

Able to hire for any profile for any industry

Willing to work Day & Night to achieve the Goal

Also have good experience in Client dealing
