Key Responsibilities:
Daily auditing of data
Raising/follow-up on tickets
Understanding the customer requirements
Carrying out clear tactical issue-based communications with internal teams
Being well informed about the customer/client communications
Meeting and/or exceeding the set productivity and accuracy targets
Understanding operational goals vision charter and process steps
Executing assigned project components of specific audit processes
Basic Qualifications:
Any UG Degree
At least 1+ year of work experience
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer applications
Preferred Qualifications :
Having statistical knowledge on averages trends outliers charting etc. would be an advantage
Experience/ Knowledge of SQL and Macros
Basic knowledge of automation (writing selectors etc.)
Working experience in online retail operations or similar fields is a plus
