At least 5 – 10 years of construction experience with working knowledge of Building works road work waterproofing at the civil site.
Aged between 25 to 45 years
Working knowledge of plans prints specifications and work schedule
Knowledge of construction procedures safety best practices tools techniques programs practices.
Knowledge of Computer and AUTOCAD.
Knowledge of Manpower handling.
Responsibilities
a. Civil construction and supervision of daily site work
b. Quality control and analysis.
c. Construction of Industrials and warehousing projects.
d. Making work schedule and updating the schedule.
e. Co ordination with contractor
f. Set out the level and survey the site.
g. Manage the site on a day-to-day basis.
h. Make sure projects meet agreed specifications budgets and deadlines.
i. Provide technical advice and solve any on-site problems that occur.
j. Prepare and create site reports as well as complete any necessary paperwork.
k. Ensure that health and safety policies are obeyed.
