Role Context:

Client: A leading North American luxury and streetwear retailer
Do you have an interest in fashion and a solid background in customer service? Are you ready to be challenged daily? As a Customer Experience Agent you will join a Customer Experience team filled with kind knowledgeable hardworking experts who will go the extra mile to help you succeed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to an upscale international clientele via telephone email and chat
  • Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction
  • Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed

Qualification Experience Skills:

  • Prior experience in the fashion retail industry/knowledge or interest in fashion
  • Academia (Graduates Only): Graduation in Fashion Design / Business Operations / Business

Administration /Business Communication / Computer Science

  • Prior experience working in a CSR role
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Fresher (English):

Overall Experience: 0-2 yrs. in a customer-facing role

  • Experienced (English):

Overall Experience: 5-6 yrs. or CSR Experience: 2-2.5 yrs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English other languages an asset
  • Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets Docs and Slides)
  • Candidates should be flexible with rostered day-offs and working in rotational shifts

Available to work 40 hours per week
Candidates should be flexible with shifts 3:30 AM to 12:30 AM 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM 5:30 PM to
2:30 AM

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Fashion and luxury products an asset
  • Prior experience in retail will be an added advantage
  • Can multitask across 3 channels (Voice Email & Chat)
  • Proactive in reporting issues identified gaps and best practices
  • Ensures work at home set up is suitable (with backup internet)

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: ₹15000.00 – ₹40000.00 per month
