Responsibilities:
Manage Inbound Calls and chat emails.
Follow conversation prompts and scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customers’ needs; clarify their information; research their issues; then provide solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems know retention to retain customers who might be irate at times.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile when you can.
Upselling skills.
Keep accessible comprehensive records of all conversations.
Meet or exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements :
Previous experience in a customer support role. (3 years Minimum)
Previous experience handling International processes.
Proven track record of high performance in Customer Service Retention and Upsell.
Strong communication skills both Verbal and written plus active listening skills.
Comfortability with CRM systems and best practices.
The empathetic customer focuses on flexibility to manage many different personality types.
Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
Willing to work in Australian shift.
Schedule:
- Australian shift 4 AM -1 PM (IST)
