We are hiring a software business analyst to join our project team. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis researching new software products/projects documenting processes and working with project managers and developers. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
At least one plus year of experience working as a business analyst. Bonus if you’ve worked on building SaaS products/projects.
Researching new software (web/mobile apps) products and projects. Listing down queries based on your research. Interacting with clients to get validations.
Working hand-in-hand with project development teams for drawing up project development roadmap.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Managing competing resources and task priorities.
Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful outcomes.
Working closely with clients technicians and managerial staff.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field or an MBA.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
A track record of following through on commitments.

Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
At least 1 year of working as a software business analyst.
