In this role your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage a Team of Healthcare Recruiters.
• Source active & passive candidates through networking cold calling and complex Internet searches.
• Constantly tracking team performance and sharing constructive feedback.
• Hiring/training the new in-house recruits.
• Motivate the team to meet organizational goals.
• Team Player

This is a work from home setting.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills excellent telephone presence and creative thinking
• Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft office
• Must be target-driven.
• Must have min 2-3 years experience of working as a Team Lead in a BPO setup.
• Team Lead remote position is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Recruiting is a plus.
• A Healthcare background is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35000.00 – ₹50000.00 per month
