Job Responsibilities : Head – Customer Experience

  • Head the Customer experience Operations (Including Call center Social media IVR etc)
  • Also lead the customer experience for B2B businesses (Large corporates)
  • Lead the Customer experience products for the bank (NPS Individual products)
  • Lead the regulatory perspective for customer experience (Represent Airtel Payments Bank from the Customer experience standpoint in front of the RBI)
  • Regular interactions with RBI in Mumbai
  • Teams that this person would be heading: Call center ops Customer grievance ops CX operations CX Regulatory
  • Softer aspect: Empathy but should be overall aggressive
  • Designation- VP
  • Prior experience in Consumer Tech companies/Indian Banks/MNC Banks/NBFCs/Fintechs
