• Research about investors venture capital IPO related or merger acquisitions
• Send company proposal details to potential parties in a professional way as a financial person.
• Discussion or due diligence during terms and closures

There is no marketing or marketing-related follow-up in this job. In this job role you must be in a position to do financial analysis customer interactions investor identification and explain the proposal through an email to potential investors. If there is doubt explain it to them.
