Job description:
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
To support the implementation of change:
Takes an active role in the change process and support program to prepare and implement
and support change in business
Identify and remove barriers to change for example identify and handle rumors
understand local issues or concerns etc.
To support communication:
Distribute communication of Why What How and When changes are taking place
Help program and work streams to adjust communication to local needs
Provide feedback to the program about how change and communication are perceived among
employees
To Support Local Training
Support Local Training
Review Training Materials and identify country/location specific tasks/activities
To champion change
RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Regularly update the relevant Leads on progress anticipating risks and working around unexpected issues.
Liaise with local & global Leadership to understand their communications needs & drive initiatives/projects accordingly.
Create presentations with no supervision.
Proofread and edit documents.
Create & distribute local and global communications.
Change-manage local and global initiatives.
Be responsible for ensuring all relevant website documentation and trackers are up to date.
Create and maintain communications plans and calendars.
Coordinate org/change-related deployment activities
Create an initial Impact Analysis
Drive Training organization scheduling and training delivery
Local Support model approach and setup
Enablement of business teams – ServiceNow training process and user system setup
Support Program Team: Programs reporting presentations development scheduling meeting organize meeting agenda take meeting notes/minutes follow-up on programs sponsors/PMOs consolidate/track information support on reporting and tracking process automation keep files on Teams updated Gap discovery
SKILLS
Must have
Fluency in English (Global role – Will work 100% in English)
Excel proficiency (expert on dashboards complex formulas using index match lookup conditionals combined and/or/if)
Nice to have
Macro development
Soft skills:
Strong communications skills (including with approach senior level Executives and Managing Directors)
Work with autonomy
Focus on details and self-driven
Excellent time management and tasks prioritization
Flexibility to work through different time zones when needed
Proficient with PowerPoint presentation and MS Excel reporting
Quick to adaptable to accelerate the learning curve for new assignments.
Can handle constant change and pressure.-

Work Timings: Flexible (aligned to deployed country)
Work Experience: 8 years
Relevant Experience: Preferred 2 years’ experience in Project Management / Change Management
