Internal Audit – Program & Operations Analyst

The Internal Audit Department provides the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors with an independent and objective assessment of the reliability and integrity of financial and select operating information the effectiveness and efficiency of Accenture plc and its consolidated subsidiaries’ (the “Company”) systems and internal controls and compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Internal Audit Services also provides advisory services designed to add value and improve the Company’s operations through bringing a systematic disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management controls operations and governance processes.
You Are:
An agile highly-motivated innovative thinker with a background audit risk and compliance looking to join a fast-paced global internal audit organization that has embraced transformative capabilities including advanced analytics dynamic risk assessment processes and automation to retain its role as a trusted advisor to the business. This role is focused on supporting global audit operations and does not include performing internal audits.
Overview of role:
The Internal Audit Program and Operations Analyst supports the global Internal Audit department with day-to-day operations including meeting scheduling and calendar management internal monitoring and reporting budgeting event coordination and HR support. Candidate would be involved in expense auditing and Accenture policy compliance checks. An ideal candidate would possess excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to multitask and prioritize be proactive responsive and timely and have flexibility to work with teams across multiple time zones.
The Work:
- Timely prepare collate and distribute materials for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain online repositories of audit calendar team schedule and PTOs travel arrangements training calendars project trackers etc. on Microsoft Teams/SharePoint
- Schedule meetings with senior leadership within Accenture and manage meeting logistics agenda and prior minutes.
- Liaison with Global Mobility and travel desk for arranging visas tickets hotel bookings taxis and manage travel logistics.
- Provide procurement and accounts payables support for conferences registrations trainings vendor management office supplies technology equipment maintenance etc.
- IT enablement and access provisioning for new joiners and contractors.
- Perform expense audits and cover areas such as compliance vouching test of details and policy checks.
- Conduct testing for audits based on Accenture expense policies analyze and present the results thereof
