- Key Responsibilities : 1 Managing Citrix Environment- Changes Access Requests Troubleshooting Issues Managing the Terminal Servers in the Environment Coordinate with Application Teams for any Requests/Issues/Changes in the application environment 2 Coordinate with external vendors to install new applications or patched/hotfixes in existing applications Coordinate with other teams for any domain specific support requirements 3 Coordinate with L3 for any requests/issues/changes Understanding of SLA
Technical Experience : 1 Hands on experience on Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop 6X and 7X in large enterprise environments 2 Experience in Application Virtualizations technology AppV and integrating with Citrix 3 Experience in AppSense and User Personalization 4 Knowledge in Director/Storefront/Profile management / Patching of Target Servers in PVS Environment 5 Handling Printer management issues 6 knowledge and work experience in Storefront License Servers Profile Management Netscaler Citrix Provisioning Services
