Responsibilities and Duties

• Replying to Customers’ Mails and Calls
• Sending mail to Customers and calling when required
• Getting Product knowledge gradually to answer Customers Product related and Sale related queries
• Managing Feedback was given by Customers
• Making Quotation and Order in the System when the Sale Deal gets final
• Guiding Order Processing Team if anything has to be taken care of while processing order
• Communicating with Technical Team

Required Experience Skills and Qualifications Fluent in speaking English (necessary). Previous experience in dealing with customer queries will be an advantage.

• MS Office knowledge
