Responsibilities and Duties
- Need to do the process over chat.
- Communicate with customers in real-time and resolve the issues for any services.
- Client support handling.
- Handling customer queries on web chat emails.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
Required Experience Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass / Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent Communication Skills – verbal & written.
- One-year preferred experience in the same role
